Javier Tapia

Born and raised in the Spanish capital. Studied Fine Art and Sculpture at the prestigious 10 Academy and The Palma College in Madrid. After completing his studies Javier launched himself wholeheartedly into producing paintings and sculptural works with their own unique style. Quickly gaining respect among critics and peers alike as a force to be reckoned with.

In 2002 whilst basking in the glory of several major exhibitions of his work he also began to work in the film and television industry. He is now recognized as one of the most talented and experienced props maker and set dressers in commercials and film in the industry.

Javier now has his own workshop and prop making facility in the heart of the city named Props Madrid. Where Javier and his talented team of freelancers consistently create the most amazing props and visual effects.

Allan Owen

After several years working as a construction manager on large scale interior design projects in Sydney and London and later as interior designer. Allan fell into the world of Music Videos during the early-90s. Working his way up from art department assistant to assistant art director during the golden era of MTV.

In 1993 he received his first art direction credit for Shaggy ‘Nice and Lovely’. Following the success of this he continued to develop his career and establish himself as one of the foremost protaganists of the genre. His flair for design and extensive knowledge of construction techniques kept him well placed.

Towards the end of the decade he was also credited on several major commercials for the most prestigious directors, agencies and producers in the world. During the same time he also found employment in London’s Pinewood and Sheperton Studios on blockbuster films.

In 2002 Allan and family moved to Barcelona Catalonia. Initially working as Interior Design consultant for The Etrusca Group of restaurants in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, it was not long before he began to find favour in service production for international tv commercials.

In 2014, after many years of working side by side, Javier and Allan made the decision to combine forces, providing a more complete service for producers and directors. This is already paying off and over the last couple of years they have picked up a number of blue ribbon projects for Peugeot, Hyundia and Gillette amongst others.
